I am running for office because of the concern for our community as it related to the challenges heading our way.
I am a lifelong conservative who believes in principles of Faith, Family, and Freedom. I am a "Teach a person to fish" opposed to hand a person a fish type of guy. I believe we are a nation of equal opportunities not equal outcomes. As legal citizens of the United States we are protected by the inalienable rights granted by our creator which include but are not limited to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Otherwise known as "American Privilege".
My greatest concern is that out institutions, our culture, and our values are under attack by a radical progressive agenda. It will take strong conservative leadership to fend off these attacks that threaten our youth, our elderly, and our working class. That's not to say I am looking for a fight. What I will do is confront these forces and give them a platform to debate. In the process I will work hard to expose the flaws and failures in their ideas and how they are harmful to a civil society.
No, I went to work for a firm in 1991-1992. I was employed for 5 months when the SEC raided our offices as a result of an investigation that took place for over a year. The SEC included all employees in the civil complaint including the newest one, me. My job at Wall Street Marketing was to send out investment packages to Money Managers, Brokerage Firms, and Mutual Fund Managers. the allegations against me was sending out investment packages without fully disclosing the compensation Wall Street marketing was receiving from its client companies. Through a long and terrifying process I settled with the SEC by paying back the money I made over that 5 months, ($19,000 + $9,000 in interest).
The document below is a settlement agreement that I executed in 1998 with the SEC. The allegations listed in this civil action were a result of my 5 month employment with Wall Street Marketing in 1992. (32 years ago). In the agreement I neither admitted or denied the allegations made and agreed not to violate the SEC regulations I denied violating.
